Flow meters
ULTRASONIC FLOW METER SECTIONS ARE EASY TO USE AND SERVICE
Advantages:
- Absence of moving parts that increases lifetime service and interval between flow meter verifications
- High accuracy of measurement
- Possibility to work with aggressive heat carriers
- Possibility to measure in heterogeneous environments
- Possibility to connect an additional notification module
Description
Ultrasonic flow meters are best solution for industry enterprises. Because of high reliability and accuracy devices are good for commercial accounting on industry enterprises.
Spheres to use ultrasonic flow meter sections:
- High-precision measurement of flow, and total volume of product (water, cool, heat);
- Food industry;
- Chemical and pharmaceutical industries;
- Water cleaning and preparing;
- Disposal of wastewater;
- Engineering;
- Construction;
- Heating systems, ventilation and air condition;
- Automated systems of flow control (with notification about crashes);
Installation site of flow meters sections should be as remote as possible from vibration source, electromagnetic obstacles (pumps, electric motors, compressors, etc). The absence of electric voltage in a pipeline should be ensured (it is about grounding safety circuit). The distance between flow meter section and computer installation location must be minimal. During flow meter section installation outside we recommend to ensure protection against direct precipitation. Flow meter section is used to install in a pipeline rupture. Pipeline section which was selected for tap should be located in horizontal position. In case heat carrier supply passes under pressure from bottom to top it's possible to install section vertically.
Flow meter section always should be installed in the pipeline zone that ensures its filling with water. Because in case there is water absence, devices stop to work and look for error.
