DESCRIPTION

SEMPAL automation panel has flexible settings. It allows to control two pumps working in heating systems and water supply systems. Also, dashboard ensures shift schedule. 

Dashboard is equipped with protection by "dry course", and protection that is responsible for reserve pump switching in case the main pump refused. 

You have possibility to manage equipment manually and automatically. Also, there is possibility to control heating circuit valve and hot water supply system valve. Front panel has indication (gives staff information about situation in heat point).    

Dashboard of individual technical point can additionally be equipped with Telit modem. It's made for remote control of system temperature settings.

Dashboard is used for:

  • Automatic, manual, or remote control of heating pumps, pumps of hot water supply, replenishment pumps and other systems with circulating pumps and regulation valves;
  • Pumps engine protection against short circuit currents;
  • Protection against overload and "dry course";
  • Management and protection of heat points technical equipment;
  • Maintaining the set pressure and temperature in module block circuit;
  • Control of emergencies in heat point (pipeline gust, reserve pump switching).

Main functions:

  • Management of pumps group (hot water supply, heating system, ventilation, replenishment);
  • Maintaining the set pressure on pumps output;
  • Inrush current limitation;
  • Hydraulic shocks limitation;
  • Automatic/manual control of shutoff-regulation valves on heating systems, ventilation and hot water supply.
